The issue of patient rights is at the forefront of human health protection. The development of modern medicine has given rise to the vast field of medical law, whose duty it is to protect patients. The aim of this study is to find out the opinions of people who use health services and benefits in terms of the management and respect of patient rights. The main research problem is contained in the question: What are the opinions of patients regarding respect for patient rights? The research used a diagnostic survey method, a survey technique, the research tool being a survey questionnaire. A total of 96 patients arriving at St Anne's Hospital in Miechów were surveyed.
