The publication explains how the medical profession should be exercised so that the proceedings are in compliance with patients' rights, including, inter alia: the basic issues related to the protection of patients' rights and the sources of their validity are presented, a catalogue of the doctor's duties in relation to the protection of patients' rights is extensively discussed, the issues of limiting patients' rights are presented, as well as the doctor's liability for violating patients' rights.
