This book contains an analysis of selected questions on patient rights issues asked by users of the Law and Health website, medical students, postgraduate students of health care, practitioners and representatives of patient rights organisations.
Most of the questions are supplemented by additional comments on particularly important issues, some of which are supplemented by a section outlining the risks, pointing to the lack of clarity in the interpretation of provisions, discrepancies between the views of legal doctrine and the direction of judicial decisions or practice, as well as possible legal sanctions for infringement of solutions adopted in the law.
This is the first study on the Polish market proposing concrete ways of solving the everyday problems of patients, doctors and other health care professionals in terms of patients' rights in the broadest sense.
