Bioethical standards in European law,

The aim of the publication is to present European standards on biomedicine as comprehensively as possible. Due to the controversial nature of the topics (such as embryo research, the use of genetics, abortion or euthanasia) and the great differences in the internal standards of European countries, the author sought to answer the question to what extent one can speak of a "common European standard". She attempted an objective analysis of the legal state of affairs in Europe, without evaluating legal standards from the perspective of any particular ethical option.
