At the deepest level, each person experiences his or her life in an individual and distinctive way. He has his own unique interpretation of it. But sometimes, in order to better understand his experiences, especially the difficult ones, he needs support or even information on how others experience and cope with them. This can help him judge his situation more accurately and hope for a successful resolution. Therefore, it seems important to present data in the literature on the experiences of people in different life situations. This data can take the form of case studies, meta-analyses of research findings and empirical findings. These data are also important for other people who are connected, either through personal relationships or professional help, with a person experiencing difficult experiences. They help to understand her better and help her more effectively. With these facts in mind, the authors hope that their work will be helpful in understanding a person's experience, both healthy and ill, and contribute to helping them as effectively as possible.
